All of our products are 100% authentic.

We do not provide specific instructions on how to manage or use the product as we are not aware of the customer’s medical history and health condition.

We inform you that these products should be used only by licensed professionals who have been trained and experienced with these products. Therefore, we are not responsible for any negative effects resulting from improper use of these products.

We currently accept payments through Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Payoneer.

Please enter the delivery address with postal code in English in the address field. It is essential to provide a contact number, as delivery may not be possible without it. Kindly ensure the accuracy of both the recipient’s address and contact number. Thank you.

Cancellation or modification is only possible before product dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

You can request a return after receiving the product. Logistics costs for shipping and returning products are not refundable, and depending on the payment method, a refund may incur a fee.

Shipment

All LUNA EX Shop shipments originate from South Korea. We help the main features of sending products to more than 50 countries all around the world.

We will help you best delivery method after confirming the order. Shipping cost and delivery time vary depending on the destination country, but it takes approximately 3-10 business days.

We deliver through UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc. 

Due to certain circumstances, we may not use the delivery method you selected. Instead, we will choose a more effective and timely delivery method to ensure a faster delivery time.

For international customers, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, international shipping takes about 3 to 7 business days. However, unexpected factors like customs processing could result in slight delays. To get the most accurate delivery updates, you can track your order in real-time using the tracking number provided on our website. We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you safely and promptly, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

The shipping costs vary from the products, order weight, order amount, and order quantity. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. However, we occasionally offer free shipping for promotional items and events.

Among LUNA EX’s products, medical-related items are subject to different taxation and customs standards according to the destination country’s medical laws. When importing medical-related products from companies without a medical specialty license, there may be customs issues.

LUNA EX does not directly intervene in the destination country’s customs process.

If the product is returned, we can resend the returned product (additional shipping costs will incur) or refund it excluding shipping costs. The refund process begins with the arrival of the returned product at our company, and if there are no issues with the product, a refund will be provided.

LUNA EX does not take responsibility for products seized or destroyed by customs. (If possible, please return the product.)
